No More Names Rally to End Gun Violence at U.S. Capitol

This past September, only days after the mass shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C., the organization Mayors Against Illegal Guns concluded its "No More Names" tour in the shadow of the U.S. Capitol with a rally for stronger gun safety laws to prevent another Newtown, Navy Yard and the gun violence that kills and injures more than 100,000 Americans every year.

Connecticut Senators Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal joined others in reading the names of the latest gun violence victims as other speakers shamed Congress for not passing universal background checks and other common sense gun laws that would save lives.
